Step into a sacred evening of connection, healing, and transformation. We will begin by sharing ceremonial cacao, an ancient heart-opening plant ally, as we gather in circle and set our intentions for the journey ahead.
From this grounded and supported space, you’ll be gently guided through a conscious breathwork experience designed to quiet the mind, awaken the body, release what no longer serves, and reconnect you with your innate wisdom. No previous breathwork experience is necessary—simply come with an open heart and a willingness to explore.
Together, we’ll create space to breathe, feel, soften, and remember the wholeness that has always lived within you. You’ll leave feeling lighter, more present, and deeply connected to yourself.

Evangelos has spent his life succeeding through a simple core value: true caring and unconditional support for others.
A dedicated practitioner of Zen Shiatsu since 2019, he now combines this Japanese bodywork with Rebirthing Breathwork to provide a total overall healing experience.
His uniquely integrated sessions are designed to touch the deepest parts of his clients, offering profound relief and complete support to the nervous system.

Jennifer Harvard is the visionary behind Gaia Sisterhood which was founded in 2016. Jennifer has spent a lifetime educating herself on the principals of natural health and healing. Founder of the Wise Women Full Moon Retreats, Gaia Circles and the Goddess Craft Markets, she has cast a wide net of openness and inclusivity, welcoming as many women as possible into her Divine Feminine work. Gaia Sisterhood Cancellation Policy:
Life happens and occasionally attendees find themselves needing to cancel. While I will make every attempt to fill your space, my retreats have moving parts that require advance investment from me such as the purchase of food or deposits on space. Due to these things I have adopted the following policy for clarity on cancellations. All events are fully refundable up to 30 days in advance. Any cancellations under 30 days prior to the event are eligible for a credit toward another Gaia Sisterhood event. Cancellations within 7 days prior to any event forfeit all payments.
