Registration is now open for our all female Goddess Craft Market. Vendors include visual and fine arts, artisan clothing, handmade crafts, spa quality body products, crystals and essential oil blends. We will have cocktails, tarot readers, intuitive henna and more!

The Goddess Craft Market offers a shopping experience to our Gaia Sisterhood tribe who are the foundation of our market events

We receive many applicants and our goal is to host as many vendors as possible that reflect the spirit of our Market and meet the needs of our patrons. Our selection process includes a small committee of juried artisans and professional healers who make recommendations to Gaia Sisterhood based on photos, websites and social media posts submitted via the application. If we are not able to accommodate you for the Spring Market, you are encouraged to re-apply for the Fall Goddess Market.

Applications Open:  January 15, 2024

Applications Close:  February 19, 2024

Vendors Announced:  February 23, 2024

Non-refundable Application Fee:  $20

Balance Due Upon Acceptance:  $175

Final Balance Due:  March 1, 2024

Thank you for your interest in the Goddess Craft Market. After reading through our Vendor information please fill out the registration form. We hope all of your questions are answered below.  

  • The Goddess Craft Market is the creation of Jennifer Harvard of Gaia Sisterhood.

  • The Market will be held Sunday, April 14, 2024

  • Doors open at 10am and close at 5pm

  • We are currently hosting the Market at Wilburn Street Studio located at 307 Wilburn Street, Nashville, TN 37207.

  • A non-refundable application fee of $20 is required to apply to the market. 

  • Applications close on February 19, 2024.

  • We will announce acceptances on February 23, 2024.

  • Once accepted, the vendor booth fee of $175 is due March 1, 2024.

  • Acceptance to previous Markets does not guarantee a space in this event.

  • You must submit two examples of your products, art, or images of past show set-up with your application.

  • Indoor vending spaces are 8x6.

  • Neither Gaia Sisterhood nor Wilburn Street provides display items. All tables, chairs, tents, covering, etc. are providing by each vendor.

  • Set-Up begins at 8:00am on Market day and break-down begins at 5pm. Your booth must stay fully displayed until 5pm.
  • Vendors do not choose whether they are indoor or out. If you have a special need, please email Jennifer at
  • Outdoor vendors must have 10x10 craft tent. Anything larger will not fit.
  • We ask that each vendor partner with us in promoting this event. Please utilize your own social channels, newsletters, etc. to help us have an amazing event that supports our Market community. 

  • Final payment on spaces are due no later than March 1, 2024. Any space not paid in full by this date will be offered to our waiting list.
