The Gaia Sisterhood Mentorship Program
A SACRED APPRENTICESHIP PROGRAM
There are women who feel a quiet calling to gather others, to live in rhythm with the seasons, to create meaningful ritual and to hold space for women in ways that are thoughtful, grounded, and deeply nourishing.
The Gaia Sisterhood Mentorship is a sacred apprenticeship program for women who feel drawn to this path and want guidance in developing a spiritual life rooted in the Wheel of the Year while learning the heart of Gaia Sisterhood.
This is not a certification program or a formal training.
It is a mentorship and apprenticeship — a relational path where we explore this work together.
Some women enter simply to deepen their spiritual practice.
Others feel called to eventually host circles, gatherings, or retreats.
Wherever you are on the path, this mentorship begins with the same foundation: living the rhythm.
WHAT WE EXPLORE TOGETHER
Over the course of three months, we focus on deepening your personal
spiritual life while exploring the elements that shape the Gaia Sisterhood
approach to gathering women.

Topics may include:
• Living in rhythm with the Wheel of the Year
• Creating and sustaining a personal spiritual practice
• The archetype of the Witch and the Wise Woman
• Ritual structure and seasonal ceremony
• Holding sacred space with integrity and care
• Energetic boundaries and stewardship
• Weaving beauty, craft, and embodiment into gatherings
• Understanding what makes Women’s Circles meaningful and sustainable
While the mentorship focuses primarily on spiritual practice, we can also explore practical questions about hosting gatherings, building community, and creating offerings when that becomes relevant.
How the Mentorship Works
This is a private 1:1 mentorship container.
Over three months we meet regularly to explore your path, your practice, and your questions as they unfold.
The apprenticeship includes:
• Weekly Zoom mentorship sessions (approximately 60–75 minutes)
• Ongoing support between sessions when questions arise
• Guidance in developing your spiritual rhythm and practice
• Insight into the philosophy and structure behind Gaia Sisterhood
• Occasional opportunities to join an in-person gathering at Sacred Cauldron
Because this is a relational mentorship, each experience is slightly different depending on the individual.

A Two-Stage Path

For some women, this apprenticeship becomes the first step in a longer journey.
Women who feel deeply aligned with the values and rhythm of Gaia Sisterhood may eventually be invited to explore seeding a Sisterhood in their own town.
This is not automatic and it is not expected.
It is something that grows naturally through relationship, trust, and shared vision.
Gaia Sisterhood began in Nashville and has grown slowly and intentionally. Any expansion will continue to honor that spirit.
