The Market will be held Sunday, September 15, 2024

Doors open at 10am and close at 5pm
-
We are currently hosting the Market at Wilburn Street Studio located at 307 Wilburn Street, Nashville, TN
-
Once accepted, the vendor booth fee of $175 is due August 5, 2024.

Indoor vending spaces are 8x6.
-
Neither Gaia Sisterhood nor Wilburn Street provides display items. All tables, chairs, tents, covering, etc. are providing by each vendor.

Set-Up begins at 8:00am on Market day and break-down begins at 5pm. Your booth must stay fully displayed until 5pm.

Vendors do not choose whether they are indoor or out. If you have a special need, please email Jennifer at wisewomenretreat@gmail.com

Outdoor vendors must have 10x10 craft tent. Anything larger will not fit.

We ask that each vendor partner with us in promoting this event. Please utilize your own social channels, newsletters, etc. to help us have an amazing event that supports our Market community.

Final payment on spaces are due no later than August 5, 2024. Any space not paid in full by this date will be offered to our waiting list.
​The Goddess Market offers a unique shopping experience to our Gaia Sisterhood tribe who are the foundation of our market events.

In addition to the multiple advertising avenues we pursue the Markets, we ask that you share our Market posts and utilize all of your own social media channels and systems of outreach to make this another successful event.

Gaia Sisterhood Cancellation Policy: ​
Life happens and occasionally vendors find themselves needing to cancel. While I will make every attempt to fill your space, our vendors rely on the Market as part of their yearly income and we ask that each application come with full intention to be present at the Market. Due to these things I have adopted the following policy for clarity on cancellations. ​ The Market application fee is non-refundable. If find yourself unable to attend prior to the fee payment deadline I can offer your space to a vendor on our waiting list. If you find yourself unable to attend after the payment deadline you are still held responsible for the event. If you have an extreme emergency, such as hospitalization, please contact Jennifer directly for assistance regarding the market. Thank you for understanding.
