Elevation Central is a boutique wellness retreat & integration center created by Christy Lynn Hicks, a Nashville native and Teacher of Holistic Yoga Philosophy, Meditation, & The Chakra System for nearly 30 years.
The mission at Elevation Central is to offer a supportive community environment where people are free to be themselves while having holistic, wellness experiences and learning practical skills to integrate those experiences into every day life.
We believe in the power of positive relationships, healthy lifestyle practices and a deep connection to the earth as the necessary fertilizer for healing, growth and lasting transformation to occur.

Jennifer Harvard is the visionary behind Gaia Sisterhood which was founded in 2016. Jennifer has spent a lifetime educating herself on the principals of natural health and healing. Founder of the Wise Women Full Moon Retreats, Gaia Circles and the Goddess Craft Markets, she has cast a wide net of openness and inclusivity, welcoming as many women as possible into her Divine Feminine work. Kassia Fiedor from Infused Holistic Kitchen is a Holistic Nutritionist, Herbalist, & Wellness Chef from California. Passionate about using plants, herbs, & vegetables as medicine, she encourages people to cultivate the connection between food & their health. Her food is infused with nutrient-dense, high vibe, organic ingredients, usually from local farms. Her creations truly serve as medicine for the body & soul. She loves curating healing menus for conscious retreats and teaching private healthy cooking classes.
Kassia lived in Guatemala for 5 years where she shared her healing food through classes and cooking weekly meals for those with an appreciation for nourishing food. Amazed by the abundance of native superfoods, she fostered intimate connections with small organic farmers and artisans producing high-quality products.
In her debut cookbook Cocina Holistica, Kassia infuses ancestral ingredients into healing plant-based dishes. Drawing upon the magnificent beauty of Guatemala, she hopes to inspire renewed respect for indigenous plants in creative, modern recipes. Gaia Sisterhood Cancellation Policy: ​
Life happens and occasionally attendees find themselves needing to cancel. While I will make every attempt to fill your space, my retreats have moving parts that require advance investment from me such as the purchase of food or deposits on space. Due to these things I have adopted the following policy for clarity on cancellations. ​ All events are fully refundable up to 30 days in advance. Any cancellations under 30 days prior to the event are eligible for a credit toward another Gaia Sisterhood event. Cancellations within 7 days prior to any event forfeit all payments.
