Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions apply to all physical travel, ticketed and RSVP events, retreats, workshops, and any other offerings provided by Gaia Sisterhood and its representatives. By participating in any Gaia Sisterhood offering, you agree to these terms.
Payments and Pricing
General Pricing: All prices are in US dollars. Specific pricing, including early bird discounts, will be detailed for each individual offering.
Deposits: A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of registration on some of the Events and Offerings. The specific deposit is identified on each Event or Offering main web page. This deposit is generally non-refundable unless Gaia Sisterhood cancels the offering (see Cancellation by Gaia Sisterhood below).
Payment Schedule:
Deposit, if applicable, based on Event or Offering is Due at time of Reservation.
50% of total remaining Payment is Due 120 days from Event or Offering.
Final Payment Due 60 days prior to Event or Offering.

A deposit is required with your registration to confirm your space if applicable to specified Event or Offering.

Subsequent payment deadlines and amounts will be clearly outlined for each specific Event or Offering.

Each Event or Offering will clearly outline the requirements for the Payment Schedule, inclusions, and details on the primary Event or Offering web page.

Please refer to the individual Event or Offering's primary web page with details for specific payment schedules.
Late Payments: If final payment is not received by the due date without prior arrangements, a late fee may be assessed. Gaia Sisterhood reserves the right to cancel your participation without a refund if final payment is not completed within the designated timeframe for that Event or Offering.

Cancellation Policy
Participant Cancellation: All participant cancellations must be submitted in writing to Gaia Sisterhood. The effective date of your cancellation is the date it is received.

More than 60 days prior to departure/event start: Full refund (or credit) of payments made to Gaia Sisterhood, minus the non-refundable deposit.

Between 45 and 60 days prior to departure/event start: 50% refund (or credit) of payments made to Gaia Sisterhood, minus the non-refundable deposit and any additional expenses pre-paid to third-party suppliers (e.g., lodging, transportation).

45 days or less prior to departure/event start: No refunds will be issued for payments received.

No refunds will be issued for any unused portions of a trip or event.
Exceptions: Special circumstances for cancellations will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Participant Responsibility for Additional Expenses: Participants are responsible for any additional expenses incurred in preparing for a trip or event, such as non-refundable airline tickets, visa and passport fees, trip insurance, equipment, and medical costs.
Cancellation by Gaia Sisterhood: Gaia Sisterhood reserves the right to cancel any offering for any reason, including insufficient sign-ups, unforeseen circumstances, or economic infeasibility. If Gaia Sisterhood cancels an offering, you will receive a full refund of all payments made to Gaia Sisterhood.

The refund of payments received by Gaia Sisterhood releases Gaia Sisterhood, Jennifer Harvard, any of their representatives, partners, associates, agents, employees, and their volunteers from any further liability.
Other Cancellations (Force Majeure): In circumstances where a trip or event is canceled due to events beyond Gaia Sisterhood's control (e.g., acts of war, terrorism, acts of God, natural disasters, epidemics, governmental actions, civil unrest, or hostilities), Gaia Sisterhood is not liable for restitution beyond any refunds issued as per the "Cancellation by Gaia Sisterhood" policy.
Trip Cancellation and Medical Insurance: Trip cancellation and medical insurance are highly recommended. We advise you to choose a reputable agent and policy that covers your specific needs. Please understand that travel insurance only covers what is explicitly stated in your policy. Gaia Sisterhood is not responsible for advising on specific insurance coverage.
Responsibility and Liability
In the event Gaia Sisterhood, Jennifer Harvard, any of their representatives, partners, associates, agents, employees, and their volunteers act solely as agents for third-party service providers (e.g., hotels, airlines, transportation companies, sightseeing companies – collectively, "Travel Suppliers").

All services provided by Travel Suppliers are subject to their own terms and conditions.

By participating in a Gaia Sisterhood Event or Offering, you acknowledge and agree to be subject to the terms and conditions established by outside Travel Suppliers.
Gaia Sisterhood or representatives are NOT liable for:

Delays or changes in flight or itinerary schedules.

Strikes, loss, damage, or injury to your property or person, or to those traveling with you.

Death, wrongful or intentional acts, acts of God, terrorist acts, governmental or political actions, civil unrest or hostilities, fires, thefts, pilferage, epidemics, quarantine, medical or customs regulations, or accidents, regardless of travel advisories or warnings.

Defects in equipment of any Travel Supplier.

Any expense or inconvenience caused by late arrivals or changes in schedules, conveyances, or accommodations determined by the Tour Operator or Travel Supplier.

Any cancellation or disruption of services provided by Travel Suppliers.

Any failure on the part of any Tour Operator or Travel Supplier to perform due to financial difficulty, default, suspension of operation, or otherwise.

Any refunds or moneys owed by anyone outside of the legal business descriptor of Gaia Sisterhood, Jennifer Harvard, in the event of a cancellation.
Financial Responsibility: Neither Gaia Sisterhood, Jennifer Harvard, nor any of their representatives, partners, associates, agents, employees, and their volunteers shall be financially responsible to any participants in the event of cancellation of all or part of any offering due to acts of war, nature, governmental action, civil unrest or hostilities, acts of terrorism, default of any Tour Operator or Travel Supplier, or for any reason beyond Gaia Sisterhood's control.
Participant Conduct and Health: The Tour Operator or Tour Director/Manager/Escort reserves the right to decline or remove any person as a participant if their health, mental condition, physical infirmity, or general deportment impedes the operation of the offering or the rights, welfare, or enjoyment of other participants. No refund will be given in such cases.
Itineraryand Cost Changes: Gaia Sisterhood, Jennifer Harvard, any of their representatives, partners, associates, agents, employees, and their volunteers reserve the right to substitute tours or alter itineraries. Gaia Sisterhood also reserves the right to cancel any offering prior to departure or to increase prices if costs significantly rise.
Presenter Changes: Gaia Sisterhood, Jennifer Harvard, any of their representatives, partners, associates, agents, employees, and their volunteers is not responsible for any refunds if an advertised presenter cancels for any reason. In such cases, Gaia Sisterhood will provide an equally trained presenter as a replacement.
Personal Responsibility for Well-being: Gaia Sisterhood, Jennifer Harvard, any of their representatives, partners, associates, agents, employees, and their volunteers are not responsible for any physical, mental, emotional, or other reaction, trauma, or ailment that participants may experience during or after an offering, whether at sites or from any leaders, workshops, or sessions of any kind, including private sessions with presenters. This includes any discomforts related to the nature of our travel and work.
By attending any Gaia Sisterhood offering, you acknowledge and accept:

You will take full responsibility for the consequences of your behavior and choices in every way—legally, financially, medically, psychologically, emotionally, and spiritually.

You have read and take full responsibility for understanding all materials disseminated to you by the coordinators.

You release and discharge Gaia Sisterhood, Jennifer Harvard, any of their representatives, partners, associates, agents, employees, and their volunteers from and against any and all liability arising from your participation.
General Provisions
Severability: If any portion of this agreement is deemed unenforceable, the remainder of this consent/authorization/release shall remain in full force and effect. Any unenforceable portions will be construed as revised to give, to the extent possible, the original intent of the provision.
Acceptance: Your signature or participation in any Gaia Sisterhood offering indicates your full acceptance and understanding of these terms and conditions.
