The Flow of The Evening
Throughout the evening, we will gently explore where blocked energy may be held within the body. Jessica will begin with a guided intuitive meditation, inviting each participant to slowly scan their body and notice where they feel tension, heaviness, or areas asking for attention. As everyone rests in this quiet inner awareness, Jessica will move through the room, intuitively connecting with each person one at a time and offering her energetic insight. From there, Jennifer will guide the group through grounding root Chakra practices, followed by a shamanic journey to meet a loving and supportive ancestor. Together, these practices create a foundation of safety and connection before moving into Rebirthing Breathwork. The evening concludes with a powerful Breathwork journey designed to help release old stagnant energy, stored emotions, and inherited patterns that may have been carried within the body for generations, allowing participants to leave feeling lighter, more grounded, and deeply connected to the wisdom their bodies have been holding all along.

Gaia Sisterhood Cancellation Policy:
Life happens and occasionally attendees find themselves needing to cancel. While I will make every attempt to fill your space, my retreats have moving parts that require advance investment from me such as the purchase of food or deposits on space. Due to these things I have adopted the following policy for clarity on cancellations. All events are fully refundable up to 30 days in advance. Any cancellations under 30 days prior to the event are eligible for a credit toward another Gaia Sisterhood event. Cancellations within 7 days prior to any event forfeit all payments.
