It is time to dust off the cobwebs and welcome Spring! The Goddess has re-emerged from her long Winter’s Rest and so, it is time for US to clear out the old and make way for new beginnings. We let go of worn out ideas, unhealthy habits, and fully Embody the Goddess Within.

Jennifer is Divine Feminine Circle & Retreat Facilitator, Licensed Massage Therapist, Reiki Healer, Aromatherapist, Breathwork Coach, Priestess of the Sacred Grove, and an artist. Her work of inclusion has opened doors to the work of the Divine Feminine to women from all walks of life.

Emily Spring is a Functional Medicine Physician Assistant. She is here to bridge the gap between science and spiritually. She specializes in integrating all the layers that contribute to physical dis-ease. She is founder and owner of Spring Holistic Health - an integrative health clinic treating all of you with a Whole Being Health Care approach.
Emily carries certifications and/or trainings in the following: Functional Medicine, Foundational Medicine, Circle Facilitation Training, Bio-energetic Synchronization Technique (BEST), Psych-K, Energy Codes, Mind Body Spirit Release (MBSR), Reiki - Master Level and more.

"I facilitate sound experiences for a living because of the profound way of how learning to listen through yoga, meditation, and therapeutic sound has changed my life. Honing my inner voice was (and is) my way to a life rooted in truth and authenticity. I now share this knowledge and gift as a way to serve others in the same way it brought harmony and peace into my own life. Incorporating mindfulness, deep relaxation techniques, and somatic-based guidance are the basis of my approach. As a student, mother and teacher, I practice to uncover the fire of liberating wisdom in everyday experience."
Ann Sensing, Owner & Founder, Magnolia Meditation. Ann is a Certified Sound Practitioner, Sound Artist, Meditation Instructor, and Hatha and Restorative Yoga Teacher. She resides in Franklin , TN with her family of humans and animals.
Seasonal Nourishment with Leah Benjamin. Leah is passionate about nourishing you to flourish. Through food, the plant spirits and cosmos are whispering what they want you to know from deep in the earth. Through feeling and listening, delights are prepared, with dashes of true magic as ideas and sacred honor are imparted, perpetuating creation.
This food is rich in story, becoming part of your story as you move through the world with it in your cells and spirit. Local foods are used as much as possible, from hands that loving tend the soil with reverence and reciprocity.

Gaia Sisterhood Cancellation Policy:
Life happens and occasionally attendees find themselves needing to cancel. While I will make every attempt to fill your space, my retreats have moving parts that require advance investment from me such as the purchase of food or deposits on space. Due to these things I have adopted the following policy for clarity on cancellations.
All events are fully refundable up to 30 days in advance unless otherwise noted. Any cancellations under 30 days prior to the event are eligible for a credit toward another Gaia Sisterhood event. Cancellations within 7 days prior to any event forfeit all payments.
