About The Event
This Circle is part of a larger Global Sisterhood where women all over the world gather for synchronized heart Meditation as well as a visualization based on where the moon is each month.
- 6:30pm: We will gather at Atmalogy to hug and get settled in
- 7:00pm: The heart Meditation will begin followed by the visualization
- 7:30pm: Special guest Kim Collins will speak about the Native American smudging ritual as well as the science behind smudging. Afterward we will make our own smudge wands!
