About The Event

As we approach the end of October/ the beginning over November, the Veil between us and our ancestors thins. We can use this auspicious time to connect with those who have come before us. Dias de Los Muertos or "Day of the Dead" is a long held tradition in Mexico and all over the world.  We carry this tradition in Nashville by offering Breathwork to connect with our loved ones, Shrine Making to honor that connection, and a Sweat Lodge to cleanse and purify body and soul.
