About The Event

As we approach the end of October/ the beginning over November, the Veil between us and our ancestors thins. We can use this auspicious time to connect with those who have come before us. Dias de Los Muertos or "Day of the Dead" is a long held tradition in Mexico and all over the world.  We carry this tradition in Nashville by offering Breathwork to connect with our loved ones, Shrine Making to honor that connection, and a Sweat Lodge to cleanse and purify body and soul.

The schedule is as follows:

Friday Nov. 1

          6:00 - 7:00 PM - Chili Supper (VEGAN)/ Build the Ancestral Altar

          7:00 - 8:00 PM -Gaia Sisterhood Ritual to connect with our Ancestors

          8:00 - 8:30 PM - Breathwork talk

          8:30 - 9:20 PM - Breathwork Journey to the Underworld

          9:20 -10:00 PM - Processing time & Speak Around

Saturday Nov. 2

           9:00 - 11:00 PM Shrine Making

         12:00 - 1:00 PM Break for Lunch

          2:00 -  3:30 PM Sweatlodge & Closing Ceremony

Cost: Early Bird Special- $125 until October 8
