Georgia Bromehead

"Remember your connection to yourself, to nature, and others through the ancient practice of "forest bathing." Through a guided, accessible experience, Forest Therapy Nashville helps you connect with nature through the senses to allow for healing of mind, body, and spirit in a simple yet profound way. Based on the Japanese practice of “Shinrinyoku,” or “forest bathing,” we “bathe” in not only chemical compounds of nature but also in the feeling of being present. Research has shown many benefits from this type of nature immersion including a boost in immune system, peace, and creativity, and a reduction in anxiety and depression. I am excited to help you turn down the volume of the mind and turn up your sensory experience of the world!"

Georgia Bromehead is Guide and Founder of Forest Therapy Nashville. She is a Certified Guide through the Association of Nature and Forest Therapy Guides and Programs.

Dusty Rose Miller, Ph.D.

The simple act of crossing our legs, like good modest women, increases cortisol. In Freestyle Dance, “You do not have to be good. You only have to let the soft animal of your body love what it loves”.

Come, let this practice be the stage that mirrors you. Show yourself your ugly dance, your sexy dance, your shy dance, your I’m-so-wanting-to-connect-I-can-feel-you-STRONG-from-6-feet-away dance. By moving and being with all that is, we are birthing sovereign souls standing in connection. We are willing to be here, in this time, with each other, now.

In other offerings, Dusty guides through plants teachers. As each plant we take in asks us to embody a different character, we similarly create a theater to mirror our inner being, our darkness, our divinity, allowing greater awareness, consciousness, and ability to act clearly in the world.

She has a Ph.D. in biochemistry and lives in Ashland City.
